Our Next Vendor Social will be held at Pixilated’s Headquarters!

Four years ago, Nic China and Patrick Rife decided that working for other people wasn’t for them. They wanted to start their own business so they could have creative control (cant argue with that). Fast forward to present day: these guys have founded two wildly successful businesses – Pixilated Photo Booth and Startup Soiree (co-founded by Intrinsic Events‘ Rachel Robinson and Jes Gignac).

When designing – and hand-crafting – the Pixilated booths, Pat and Nic wanted to add to the decor at an event, rather than detract from it. So, they created the rad booth you can see below.

We’ve worked with Pixilated in all kinds of different ways over the years, but this will be the first time that we will be hosting an event in their space. Pixilated has that classic Baltimore feel of an old warehouse with tons of awesome bright colors (just wait until you see our theme! It’s going to be AH-MAZING); everything in the space is mobile, so it’s pretty much a blank slate. It’s a perfect for a laid-back networking event (aka happy hour) for vendors + creatives!

How did you come up with the name Pixilated?

The word Pixilated can actually be found in your old Webster’s Dictionary meaning whimsical or prankish. It’s the new black.

What makes Pixilated Photo Booth unique?

We offer open air Photo Booths, with tons of custom features and options for weddings and all kinds of parties. We also offer brand experience Photo Booths for corporate events and trade shows for clients, such as The Baltimore Ravens and Comcast Xfinity.
