Meet LoveBuggs Weddings!

LoveBuggs Weddings has been working diligently to design the perfect Vendor Social for District Bliss! After just over a year in business, Divinity Buggs, the owner of LoveBuggs Weddings has made a big splash! And, we are thrilled that she is planning our Vendor Social at The Hill Center on January 7th!

Our focus is providing a blend of individual style with organic modern trends to express our couple’s unique personalities.

When did you decide you wanted to open your own company?

It was December of 2013. My job at the time was undergoing a lot of changes and I just wasn’t happy. So, I quit my job and started to focus on what I loved, planning weddings!

How did you come up with the name of your business?

When I got married I used #LoveBuggs since that was going to be my new last name. I got such great feedback from my guest that it just kind of stuck as a great business name.

How long have you been in business?

I am coming up on my first year. Wow, I just realized that!

Is there anything you’d like our readers to know about you?

I married my college sweetheart and made two beautiful 2 children. I love traveling and plan to have my feet hit the soil of every continent before I die. I love to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. I am secretly in love with the ocean; I guess its not a secret anymore.

What is your favorite part about what you do?

There are so many parts to this job that I love. But I would have to say watching my couples exchange their vowels and seal their union makes me tear up every time.

Do you have a favorite/memorable story related to your business?

My most memorable would have to be my wedding. That is really what gave me the courage and strength to believe I could actually do this on my own. I was able to put everything that I had learn to good use.
