“Thanks to the education, tools and knowledge Ingrid has provided, I am able to continuously make healthy choices on a daily basis and have made it a full lifestyle change that my family benefits from as well. The ability to eat healthy and continue to enjoy my love of food while managing a busy schedule is priceless. Ingrid’s knowledge and passion comes through in her work. Her ability to explain and simplify things in a way that is digestible and easily implement in my busy schedule has been a game changer .” M. L , VA
“On behalf of our entire staff thank you for offering the wellness programs. It so well received that the President of American Plant suggests that we incorporate these programs earlier in the day, rather than at the very end, so that all of our employees can benefit from them. Ingrid, in particular was very good, very encouraging and clearly very knowledgeable.” American Plant Association
