About 10 years ago, Andrew Roby realized he was limiting his creativity and decided to expand his horizons beyond planning meetings and conferences. He opened Andrew Roby Events and hasn’t looked back!

When did you decide you wanted to open your own company?

I got tired of planning boring meetings and conferences that didn’t allow me much creativity. We offer start-to-finish planning, day-of coordination, month-of coordination, event styling, concept creation, event activation for events ranging from weddings to bar/bat mitzvahs to fundraisers and charity events.

Why did you decide to name your business Andrew Roby Events?

I wanted to challenge myself in this field so what better way to hold oneself accountable then to use your own name.

What is your favorite part about what you do?

Seeing the a-ha moment come to life within a client because they just now realized just how incredible an event really is. It’s not always the event, but the moments that occur within them.

Do you have a favorite type of event?

I love planning charity events. With so many charities out there, I feel planning events for them to bring awareness or raise money is just a small token of how I can understand who they are and how I can support them well after their event. Plus, who doesn’t like to dance in the name of a good cause while raising a ton of money to help others?

Our goal is to push your creative side and explore possibilities that you only dreamt of. So, if black and white are only colors you prefer, you might not like our pops of orange, turquoise, and reds.
