Inspired by her travels, Sandy Mohan founded Amour & Lace in France, and brought it over to NYC! They’re in the business of photography & styling + event planning services! Amour & Lace’s unique style combines the best of both worlds, combining New York Chic with French Bohemian. Sounds like a dream.
Sandy Mohan loves photography, travel & fashion. This à la mode lady is sure to bring A TON of style to the events she plans!! She is all about story telling through details. Sandy works an awesome list of vendors such as photographers, bakers, mixologists & now with District Bliss! 😉 Just like us, Amour & Lace is all about celebrating you & helping plan a one-of-a-kind event!

Why did you decide to start your own company?
Amour and Lace was born in France during one of the many travel adventures. Now headquartered in New York aimed at creating unique, one-of-a-kind events inspired by our travel, fashion, and elements of nature. Our distinctive style is a mix of New York Chic and French Bohemian.
What is your favorite part about what you do?
Photography and Styling are two of my favorite things. It’s all about the stories and good stories need details, lots, and lots of details! I am all about the natural lighting and the composition, contrast, texture that it offers just by playing with various angles. You can see my passion for light in my portfolio!
Do you have a favorite type of event?
Specialize in bespoke styling, love creating and capturing vintage, bohemian, natural and whimsical aesthetic style events. Have done a lot of DIY projects and styling shoots.
Do you have a team or do you work solo?
Depending on the type and size of the event I work with a team of talented crew in NY and France who specialize in videography, baking, catering, live music, anything that’s needed to make an event a huge success
